When will Enough be enough? Submitted commentary by Linda Rener, MPH, MSN, RN

In response to a letter from Carol Chaney, LPN Carol stated, "…. I am most displeased with the lack of support LPNs have gotten from the medical profession and RNs…. We are a team and should work together. It is unfortunate that some people in the medical profession don’t appreciate or care, nor understand the skills and knowledge that an LPN has. Maybe some RNs are intimidated by us and feel if we’re not an RN we’re not a nurse."
