The opportunity to walk through difficult times with families and be able to serve as a support to them. As a nurse, you immediately become exposed to very personal information about patients, and it is a privilege and honor to be allowed to share in their lives. My patients are resilient and bring a smile to my face everyday. Kree, Clinical Nurse IV, BSN, RN 8th floor Medical Inpatient Unit - 5 years with The Children’s Hospital We strive to make our patients feel like they are our only concern for that moment. The philosophies and practices at TCH make these moments possible and I feel very privileged to be part of this amazing and truly caring institution. My professional opinion and suggestions are valued and respected as an integral part of developing each patient’s plan of care. I am proud to work for TCH and be a part of all the care that happens here daily. Sparrow, Clinical Nurse III, BSN, RN, Pulmonary Unit - 4 years at The Children’s Hospital
